What Lot Answer is

Lot Answer is software you install on your own computer. It uses your own Google Chrome and your own Facebook login to read and reply to messages buyers send you about your Marketplace listings. A dashboard at lotanswer.com holds your settings, your team's logins and a record of what was sent.

Read this part before you buy. Lot Answer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. Automating activity on Facebook may conflict with Meta's own terms of service, and Meta can restrict or disable any account at its sole discretion, with or without a reason. We build the software to behave like a person — human-speed replies, no mass messaging, no contacting strangers — but we cannot promise your account will not be actioned, and we are not responsible if it is. If losing your Facebook account would seriously damage your business, do not use this or any similar tool.

Your account and your team

What the software will and will not say

Replies are generated by an AI model from the settings you provide. A new account starts in review mode: every reply is held for a person to approve before it is sent. You may turn review off, after which routine answers — availability, vehicle facts, your hours, arranging a viewing, and the price shown on your own listing — are sent automatically, and replies the software flags as outside what your settings cover are held for approval. It does not identify every such case.

You are responsible for what goes out under your name. AI models make mistakes. Review your settings, review the approval queue, and do not use Lot Answer to make claims about a vehicle you have not verified yourself. Nothing Lot Answer sends is an offer, a contract, or a disclosure that satisfies any legal obligation you may have to a buyer.

Posting and re-listing

Lot Answer can publish and re-publish your vehicles to Facebook Marketplace, and post them into buy-and-sell groups, using the Facebook account you log in to on your own computer. It acts as you, because it is your account.

All of it is off until you turn it on, and each part is separate: replies, scheduled re-listing, posting, and posting into groups each have their own switch. You choose which groups, per Facebook account. Turning posting off does not turn replies off, and turning replies off does not turn posting off.

Re-listing deletes a listing and publishes it again — that is what makes Facebook treat it as new, and it means the old listing's age, its position, and any conversation attached to it are not kept. Marking a vehicle sold stops it being offered to buyers and stops it being re-listed straight away; deleting the Facebook listing itself waits about three hours, because deposits fall through.

You are responsible for what is published under your name, exactly as you are for what is replied under it: that you hold the vehicle, that the price, mileage and title status are right, and that posting it in a given group is allowed by that group and by the rules that apply to you as a dealer. Your Facebook account is governed by Facebook's terms, not ours. We cannot promise how often Facebook will show a listing, to whom, or that an account will not be restricted.

What you must not do

We may suspend an account that does any of the above, without a refund for the period in which it happened. This does not override the first-30-days refund described in our Refund Policy: inside that window the refund is unconditional, and these restrictions apply after it.

Billing

Plans are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. See our refund policy for cancellations.

The honest limits

Lot Answer only replies while the computer it is installed on is switched on, connected, and running the app. It depends on Facebook and on third-party AI providers, none of which we control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not guarantee that any particular message will be delivered, answered, or answered correctly.

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jesus Travels LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as permitted.

Ending it

You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. We may end an account for a breach of these terms, or for any reason on 30 days' notice with a pro-rated refund of unused time.

Changes, and the legal small print

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address on your account at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use Lot Answer after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.
